KaziniKwetu Ltd of behalf of client is looking for 20 Steel Fitters / Erectors to work on a project in Sengerema, Mwanza region. The project is ongoing and available qualified candidate may join immediately
Responsibilities
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Measuring, marking, and preparing steel materials for fabrication and installation.
Fitting, aligning, and assembling steel structures and components.
Installing structural steel, plates, beams, pipes, and related steelwork.
Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and correctly.
Assisting with welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication activities as required.
Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Carrying out repairs and maintenance on steel structures and equipment.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Following all company policies, site rules, and health and safety regulations.
Reporting defects, hazards, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
The Employee shall carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by the Supervisor or Employer in the course of employment.
Qualifications:
At least three years experience of working in a similar field.
