On behalf of client Kazini Kwetu Limited is looking for Office Administrator to work in an English medium school in Kigamboni. The desired candidate shoud have at least one year experience in a similar job with an excellent ability to express oneself in English and Swahili. - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to the policies of the school.
- Attend to all queries from parents, guardians and visitors about the school.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Perform any duties that will be communicated by senior management.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Excellent ability to express oneself in English and Swahili
- Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Public Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Secretarial Studies or related studies.
