Commercial Manager

Our client a well established road construction company is looking for Commercial Manager to be based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will assume duty as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability of projects.

• Manage relatioships with relevant government institutions.

• Ensure that they know about all tenders in the road constructions and apply in time.

• Work closely with the procurement department

Qualifications:

• A University Degree in Engineering or Quantity surveying.
• At least 5 years working experience a Commercial Oficer in construction or civil engineering.

• Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions. 

• Excellent analytical and report writing skills
