• Accepting payments/bank deposits and issuing receipts
• Processing invoice for payments to suppliers
• Depositing/withdrawing cash into/from company bank accounts
• Performing bank reconciliation
• Maintaining various books of accounts
• Preparing financial statements and monthly expenses report
• Preparing payroll and statutory payments i.e. Pension, PAYE etc
• Preparation of monthly payment and deposit report (TT Report)
• Good knowledge in all VAT regulations
• Hands on experience in accounting and good knowledge of finance
• Good experience in both payable and receivables.
• Pleasant personality, quick learner, trainable person.
